  Detention / Retention / Reuse

Oldcastle Precast’s as wide range of retention/detention solutions that can be engineered to hold various capacity requirements. Our value-added solutions save time and money, eliminating the coordination of on-site equipping activities.

  Panel Vaults

Oldcastle Precast can custom engineer unique retention & detention solutions using a flexible panel vault system to meet unique applications. Oldcastle's ability to manufacture in a controlled environment a product that can be transported to your jobsite for easy installation, will ensure the highest quality results and save time.
  Storm Capture

Storm Capture Module system provides a low-profile, easy to install system for storage, infiltration or reuse.  Advantages include:

• Easy to install modules for fast erection
• Ideally suited for low-profile applications under parking areas
• Designed for traffic loading conditions
• Can be installed with existing site-work equipment
• Ideal for Low Impact Development (LID)

  Valve Vault

A valve vault is used to house a water assembly. Typically a water meter, backflow preventer valve, or a pressure reducing valve.
  Water Vaults

Equipment shelters for water vaults are used for the underground installation of water meters, detector check valves for sprinkler systems, pressure-reducing valves and backflow prevention valves. We can custom engineer our water vaults to meet job-specific applications, and we offer a vast number of sizes. To further facilitate quick and easy installation, we can also apply both interior and exterior coatings in-house.
