Established in 1967 as Vanguard Products, the Oldcastle Precast Plant in Topeka, Kansas manufactures a variety of precast products from a 82,000 square foot facility situated on 27 acres. From its strategic location just off Interstate 70, Oldcastle provides electrical and communication vaults, storm and sanitary structures, reinforced concrete pipe and box culverts to utility contractors throughout the Midwest.
