Covers & Lids 

Oldcastle Precast provides a full line of access doors and cast iron frame and covers for entering our concrete vaults. 

Most of our access doors are produced at our Auburn, WA or Madera, CA facility. 

Standard access doors typically include:

• H-20 wheel loading for use in off-street locations
• single or double leaf hatches (aluminum or hot- dipped galvanized steel)
• spring-assisted for ease of opening
• recessed lift handles
• locking latches
• lettering as required

Optional:

• non-slip skid resistant finish
• recessed padlock clip
• stainless steel hardware
• drain channel with threaded coupler for pipe connection 

Standard cast iron frame and covers typically include:

• H-20 wheel loading (best for use in traffic locations)
• grey or ductile iron
• flange up or flange down
• bolt down and / or gasketed cover
• lettering as required
